2022 RANGECON EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Highlights

• Exhibitor booths are allowed up to 3 staff members. Additional staff are $75 each.
• Exhibitor staff members must wear CRPA provided badges at all times. This is for security reasons. 
• Exhibitor area setup – Monday, May 2nd from noon – 5pm.
• Exhibitors are invited to join the Meet & Greet Event: Monday. May 2nd from 6pm-9:30 pm.
• Exhibitor Hours: Tuesday, May 3rd from 9am – 5pm and Wednesday, May 4th from 9am – 1:30pm.
• Exhibitors will have meals provided up to 3 staff members, additional staff meal tickets are $50 per day.

There are a few details to keep in mind when considering the cost of the booth:

• Exhibitors will be given three meals on Tuesday and two meals on Wednesday, are invited to attend the conference Monday Night Meet & Greet and the Wednesday Awards Banquet, with boothspace.
• Any additional meals for additional staff above 3 will incur an additional cost of $50 a day.
• Sunrise will provide table skirting and backdrops for each booth.
• The booths are 8×8 in size with a 6-foot table and two chairs or 8×16 in size and include two 6-foot tables with four chairs.
• All exhibit areas are carpeted with theexception of the exhibit corridors in the Sunrise Event Center.
• Snacks and refreshments will be available in the Vendor Hall. 

Payment Policy

Please Note: Your booth(s) will not be booked until full payment is received. All funds must be received 30 days after date of registration. Any registrations with unpaid balances after 30 days will be cancelled and you will need to re-register. 

Cancellations:  If notice is received more than 60 days prior to May 2, 2022, 100% of the exhibit space fee will be cancelled and any deposit made will be refunded. If notice is received 30-60 days prior to May 2, 2022, 50% of the exhibit space fee will be cancelled and any deposit above this amoount will be refunded. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to May 2, 2022, the exhibit space fee remains due in full and no refund will be issued.
